Reception Committee - Arrives early each week to register guest and visitors. There is close collaboration between New Member Committee, Introducer and the Club Administrator to acquire needed information. Accurate documentation is needed on new members for follow-up, introductions during the that week’s meeting and documentation for the billing members as well as receipt of cash, check and credit cards.
This requires two to three members depending on the number of guests and interaction needed in locating “hosts” for late arriving guests or making appropriate introduction of new prospective members to on duty New Member team members.
