The Rotary Club of Pasadena, California has established the Rotary Club of Pasadena Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit entity which accepts tax-deductible gifts released to the Club for direct community service projects. The Committee maintains an accurate record of all funds contributed and distributed to the Club for use in accordance with its bylaws.
